Mass Bears and Cubs holds a number of Special Events throughout the year. In addition to our three annual events, we also regularly hold special events to benefit other community non-profits. MR. Boston Bear & Cub Competition Annually in the Fall (October)
The Mr. Boston Bear/Cub Competition, an annual event first held in 2011, is MBC’s Signature Event. Graciously hosted by The Alley Bar throughout the years, the competition selects the title holder who represents MBC and the Bear Community at public events throughout their title year.
Watch for an announcement concerning this event. The format will differ from past years due to COVID-19 restrictions. Details coming soon!
Holiday Toy Drive Annually in November and December
MBC holds a toy drive every holiday season to benefit Solutions At Work of Cambridge. Collection boxes are placed at the Alley Bar and Club Cafe for donations.
